I hereby for myself, my heirs, executor, administrators and assigns, release, discharge, and hold harmless the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta Inc., all sponsors, organizers, promoters, directors, or persons connected with the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc., from any and all claims made for damages suffered by me or my child/children as a result of my participation in the East Lake Family YMCA Block Party.

I am voluntarily participating in event activities and agree to accept all risks of participation including injury or personal property damage even if caused by ordinary negligence or otherwise.

I also hereby consent to & authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs/videos which have been taken of me/child/children for YMCA promotional purposes. I understand that I receive no reimbursement for allowing my photo/video to be taken and for the use of the photo/video.

I understand the YMCA premises, especially parking lots are provided for convenience while participating in YMCA events and programs. The YMCA is not responsible for vandalism, break-ins or thefts of personal property. I understand the YMCA recommends that valuables should not be brought to events or onto any premises. I agree to report any suspicious activity immediately to the staff.

BY SIGNING AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS AGREEMENT, I UNDERSTAND I AM RELEASING THE YMCA FROM ALL LIABILITY TO ME, AND MY DEPENDENTS, FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGE TO ME OR SUCH DEPENDENT, AND I FOREVER GIVE UP ANY CLAIMS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE YMCA OR OTHERWISE.
